Servo valve ZD.01.013 is used in the EH oil valve safety system, -40~+40MA. If the system experiences high-frequency vibration and noise, the possible reasons are as follows:

1. The amount of air mixed in the medium oil is greater than the standard value, or the oil is too dirty:

2. The gain of the system is adjusted above the set value;

3. Power noise of amplifier,

4. The insulation between the servo coil and the valve housing and ground wire is poor, and the connection is not successful;

5. Resonance caused by excessive signal oscillation or its relationship with system frequency;

6. For relatively low systems, choose servo valves with excessively high frequencies.
