Description:

OPC solenoid is the over speed protection control solenoid valve. They are controlled by the OPC part of the DEH controller. In normal operation, the OPC solenoid valve is not charged, closed the OPC duct fluid discharge channel, creating oil pressure in actuator piston’s lower cavity of control valve and reheat control valve. Once the OPC module moves, such as the speed reached 103% to rated rotation speed, the OPC solenoid valve is open by excitation, discharge mother tube oil. In this way, the corresponding unloading valve on the actuator is fast opened, so that control valve and reheat control valve can be shut down rapidly.
