Description:

The pressure switch RC861CZ090HYM operates by detecting the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet ports of the filter element. This device only responds to pressure differences and is designed to withstand a maximum system pressure of 6000 psi (414 bar).

The pressure switch RC861CZ090HYM operates by sensing the pressure difference between the upstream and downstream ports of the filter element. When the pressure difference on the internal piston/magnet assembly reaches the preset value determined by the range spring, the pressure difference acts on the piston/magnet assembly in the pressure switch, and the piston assembly moves fully downwards to reduce the attraction between the magnet and the indicator button or switch actuator rod. Then, the indicator or switch spring overcomes the reduced magnetic force, releases the button or activates the switch to send a signal to replace the component.
