Infrared array probe HSDS-30/T is generally used together with dual CPU converters and dual Modbus communication interfaces to detect the internal temperature status of the preheater. It has the following characteristics
1. With a wider fan angle measurement range, a larger range of measurements can be completed with a smaller number of sensors;
2. The converter adopts dual CPU redundant structure, which greatly improves the reliability of the sensor work;
3. The data is output by Modbus bus, which solves the problem of large amount of data transmission of infrared array sensors.

Due to the harsh internal environment of the air preheater, in order to ensure the stable operation of the array infrared sensor and the effective detection of the internal temperature state of the air preheater, the system is equipped with a dust purging device, a lens protection device and a water cooling device.
