Valve positioner V18345-1010521001 is the main accessory of the regulating valve, usually used in conjunction with pneumatic regulating valves. It receives the output signal of the regulator and then controls the pneumaticregulating valve with its output signal. When the regulating valve acts, the displacement of the valve stem is fed back to the valve positioner through a mechanical device, and the valve position status is transmitted to the upper system through an electrical signal.

2. Connect the air source using the standard interface marked at the air source port of the locator

3. Requirements for gas source: Instrument gas (oil-free, dust-free – anhydrous, in accordance with DIN/IS08573-1 pollution and oil level III standards, with a large particle diameter of less than 5um and a content of less than 5mg/m3, and an oil droplet of less than 1mg/m3. The dew point temperature is 10k lower than the working temperature.)

4. Connect the output of the locator to the cylinder of the pneumatic actuator
