This oil purifying filter element is installed in the oil line of the hydraulic system, which is used to remove the worn metal powder and other mechanical impurities in the hydraulic system to keep the oil path clean and prolong the life of the hydraulic system.

The low-pressure series filter element also has a bypass valve. When the filter core is not replaced in time, the bypass valve can be automatically opened to ensure the normal operation of the system.

 

Different Types of Oil Purifying Filters

There are types of filter using in oil purifying system of steam turbine: seperation filter, coalescence filter, honeycomb filter. The coalescence filter is mainly made of glass fiber or polyester fiber treated by surface treatment. The structure of filter material is specially designed to make the filtration medium have good coalescence. The filtration accuracy is up to 0.1 M. The coalescence filter is used for the liquid between the pH 5-9. If continuous work is required, the maximum temperature should not exceed 80. It meets the AP11581 standard.

The separation filter has good hydrophobicity and hydrophobicity, enables the oil to pass smoothly. The free water is blocked outside the filter element and converged in the bottom settling tank and discharged through the discharge valve, so as to achieve the effect of oil purify.
