Bellows GJCFB-15 is a part of the gap measurement probe, which is a sensor that converts the physical displacement of the controlled gap into an electrical signal. This gap varies with the load of the boiler, and in order to ensure that the gap value of the boiler is maintained within the given range under various operating conditions, it is necessary to detect its gap value to control it. The gap measurement probe is installed on the peripheral side of the fan-shaped plate, with the measuring head end face and the lower surface of the fan-shaped plate on the same horizontal plane, and the detection surface is the upper surface of the flange. The control system processes the signal measured by the gap measurement probe, and after comprehensive judgment, issues an execution command to activate the power circuit, causing the sealing sector plate to rise, descend, or urgently lift to the upper limit position.
