0Cr27A17Mo2 high temperature resistance alloy wire, 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel tube as protective sleeve and crystalline magnesium oxide filler are used as heating elements of the bolt electric heater ZJ-20-8B of steam turbine. The heating elements are formed after compression process to ensure the use of electric heating elements.There are three types of protective casing: straight type, semi soft type and full soft type.
The advanced technology is introduced into the electric heater of steam turbine bolt, which is specially used for heating the hollow bolts of steam turbine and large machinery during installation and maintenance, so as to meet the requirements of fastening and dismantling.
Precautions for use:
1. The shell of control cabinet shall be reliably grounded.
2. The phase line and neutral line between bolt heater plug and cabinet socket must be connected correctly, and wrong connection is strictly prohibited.
3. When loading and unloading the bolt heater, the power switch must be disconnected.
