Description
Description:
Working principle of high-pressure trip AST solenoid valve ZD.02.009: AST solenoid valve is an electromagnetic control device. It controls the opening and closing of valves through the action of electromagnetic force. When the AST solenoid valve is energized, the current inside the solenoid coil generates a magnetic field, which attracts the valve core and opens the valve; When the current is disconnected, the electromagnetic force disappears, the valve core is subjected to the action of the spring, and the valve closes.
Trip operation: When the flow of high-pressure steam or gas in the turbine system reaches a warning or dangerous level, the trip operation is usually triggered. At this point, the control system will send a signal to the AST solenoid valve to disconnect the power supply, causing the electromagnetic force inside the solenoid coil to disappear and the valve to close. This can achieve the interruption of high-pressure steam or gas flow.
It should be noted that the tripping operation of AST solenoid valves is usually achieved through linkage with the monitoring and control system. The monitoring system monitors key parameters such as pressure, flow rate, etc. When the parameters exceed the predetermined safety range, the control system will trigger a trip operation, close the AST solenoid valve, and thus block the flow of high- pressure steam or gas, protecting system safety.
When using AST solenoid valves for high-pressure trip, it is necessary to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the solenoid valve’s operation, as well as the coordination with the monitoring and control system, to achieve timely trip of high-pressure steam or gas and ensure the safe operation of the system.
