XDZ-1-4000/18 Burner high-energy ignition tool adopts the principle of capacitor energy storage charging and discharging. AC 220V or 110V voltage is converted into DC pulsating current through boost rectification to charge the energy storage capacitor. When the capacitor is fully charged, the discharge current is transmitted to the semiconductor nozzle of the ignition gun through the discharge tube, choke, shielded cable, etc., forming a high-energy arc spark. When the ignition device stops working, the remaining charge on the capacitor is discharged through a discharge resistor.
Precautions for installation and debugging
(1) High energy igniters can be installed horizontally or vertically using bolt fasteners
(2) The device should be grounded or grounded for protection.
(3) The nuts at both ends of the high-voltage shielding cable are screwed to the output end of the high-energy igniter and the input end of the ignition gun, and must be tightened to ensure that the end face of the central electrode is tightly fitted; Otherwise, there is a gap on the end face of the central electrode, which may cause internal ignition and melting.
(4) After installation and debugging of the device, the power supply should be connected to ensure reliable ignition; When the power supply voltage is too low and the firing frequency is slow, adjust the secondary output welding line of the transformer to increase the secondary voltage; When the power supply voltage is too high and the firing frequency is fast, adjust the secondary output welding line of the transformer to reduce the secondary voltage.
(5) Due to the high voltage inside the igniter, do not touch the conductive parts of the device when the power is turned on for ignition
