The Solenoid valve 4WE6HA62/EW230N9K4 is composed of a valve body and an electromagnetic coil, which is a direct acting layout with a built-in bridge rectifier circuit and overvoltage and overcurrent maintenance.

The Solenoid valve 4WE6HA62/EW230N9K4 coil is not energized. At this moment, the iron core of the solenoid valve leans against the double tube end under the effect of restoring the tension spring, closing the double tube end outlet, and the single tube end outlet is in an open state. The refrigerant flows from the single tube end outlet pipe of the solenoid valve to the refrigeration room evaporator, and the refrigeration room evaporator flows back to the compressor, completing the refrigeration cycle.

The solenoid valve coil is energized. At this moment, the iron core of the solenoid valve overcomes the restoring spring effect force under the electromagnetic force and moves to the single pipe end, sealing the single pipe end outlet. The double pipe end outlet is in an open state, and the refrigerant flows from the double pipe end outlet pipe of the solenoid valve to the freezer evaporator and back to the compressor

 

Working Principle:

The solenoid valve has a sealed cavity with through holes in different directions, each leading to a different oil pipe. The center of the cavity is the valve, and there are two electromagnets on both sides. The magnetic coil on which side is energized will be attracted to which side of the valve body. By manipulating the movement of the valve body, different oil discharge holes will be blocked or leaked, and the oil inlet hole is usually open, and hydraulic oil will enter different oil discharge pipes, Then, through the pressure of oil, the piston of the oil cylinder is pushed forward, and the piston moves the piston rod, which then moves the mechanical device. In this way, the electric current of the controlled electromagnet controls the mechanical movement.

In fact, based on the temperature, pressure, and other conditions of the medium flowing through it, such as when the pipeline is under pressure and when the flow is self flowing, there is no pressure. The working principle of solenoid valves is different.
