Working Principle:

The three-screw pump is fixed in the pump body (bushing) by a driving screw and two driven screws meshing with each other. When the driving screw is driven by the prime mover, the main and driven screws are driven at a certain length of the engaging spiral surface. A sealed cavity is formed, and the driven screw rotates due to the pressure difference between the two sides of the spiral surface and is pushed by the conveying liquid medium. At this time, the conveyed liquid enters the pump suction port and reaches the discharge cavity uniformly and continuously in the axial direction, thereby achieving the function of conveying the liquid medium.

1. Normal flow range: 30~1100L/min

2. Maximum working pressure: 6.3MPa

3. Maximum working temperature: 100 °C

4. Conventional medium viscosity: 32-380mm2/s
