YSF series relief valve is a pressure relief device developed by our company, which is used to protect the safe operation of the oil tank and can monitor the pressure change inside the oil tank in real time. It is mainly used in oil-immersed power
transformers, power capacitors, reactors, etc. On power equipment, it can also be used to release the pressure when the oil tank of the on-load switch is over pressured.

When the oil-immersed transformer fails during operation, due to the overheating of the coil, part of the transformer oil is vaporized, and the pressure in the transformer tank increases rapidly. At this time, the pressure relief valve acts quickly within 2ms to protect the tank from deformation or bursting. When the pressure in the tank rises again to reach the cracking pressure, the pressure relief valve operates again until the pressure in the tank drops to normal. At the same time, it can effectively prevent external air, dust, impurities, water vapor, etc. from entering the running transformer, thereby protecting the transformer from damage.
