P-1764-1 generator vacuum pump rocker seal is one of the frequently replaced spare parts for vacuum pumps, which have the characteristics of simple use and high work efficiency. It has few moving parts, only the rotor and slide valve (completely sealed in the pump cylinder).

The air space at the exhaust end of the vacuum pump gradually decreases, allowing air to enter the exhaust valve (spring loaded disc check valve) through the exhaust hole. The exhaust valve is submerged in oil to prevent air leakage into the pump, so the pump can easily rotate and exhaust under atmospheric pressure. When the mixture of air and oil water enters the oil gas separator with a baffle through the exhaust valve, the oil droplets return to the tank for reuse, the water is separated to the lower part of the tank, and the air is discharged into the atmosphere or exhaust pipe. The eccentric rotor group of the slide valve, the seal of the slide valve and the rocker can automatically complete the extraction and exhaust. The unique design enables this single-stage pump to have high vacuum degree and high Volumetric efficiency.
