Function :

The back-flushing oil filter of the ZCL-1-450-B jacking oil pump is installed in the automatic backwash oil filter, which is used to filter impurities (excluding water and chemicals) in the working medium of the hydraulic system and keep the oil clean. Its advantage is to overcome the disadvantages of ordinary oil filter elements that are easily clogged and require frequent replacement or cleaning during use. The oil filter uses the hydraulic energy of the hydraulic system itself to drive the sewage mechanism into operation, continuously and automatically removing impurities accumulated on the filter screen, maintaining a constant flow area of the filter element. The oil filter backwashing process does not affect system internal pressure, flow rate and temperature.
