Main EH Oil Pump Outlet/Discharge Filter filter is installed in EH oil pump outlet integrated block, before EH oil entering the system, can ensure the oil clean in the system. Regular dimension is 10µm, Cumulative work 4 months or two times a year to replace.

The types and specifications of the filter elements at the outlet of the main oil pump vary, and they need to be selected based on the specific turbine model and operating conditions. Generally speaking, the outlet filter element of the main oil pump should be replaced regularly to ensure its filtering effect and service life. If the filter element is used for a long time or there are problems such as clogging of the filter element, it may lead to blockage and reduced lubrication effect, and even cause damage to the turbine. Therefore, regular inspection and replacement of the outlet filter element of the main oil pump is a very important work in the maintenance of the steam turbine.

The filter element used for fire resistant oil pumps usually needs to have a certain degree of high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. At the same time, the pore size of the filter element should also be moderate, ensuring both the filtering effect and avoiding the impact of excessive resistance on the normal operation of the oil pump. When selecting and replacing the filter element for the fire resistant oil pump, it is necessary to strictly follow the manufacturer’s requirements to ensure the normal operation and safe use of the oil pump.
