Description

Structure:

• Filter media: Glass fiber substrate, forming a graded microporous structure, increasing the contact area and improving the filtration efficiency;
• Support frame: Stainless steel material, high pressure resistance, can withstand the high pressure impact of the hydraulic system;
• Sealing design: Oil-resistant, acid-resistant and alkali-resistant fluororubber sealing ring, effectively preventing secondary infiltration of pollutants.

Application:

• Steam turbine hydraulic oil station: as a fine filter element for the oil return line or independent circulation system, it can filter out particulate matter in fire-resistant oil (EH oil) and protect core components such as bearings and speed regulators;
• Industrial hydraulic system: suitable for lubrication and hydraulic systems in metallurgy, power (thermal power/nuclear power) and other fields, extending the service life of oil and reducing equipment failure rate.

Maintenance:

• Replacement cycle: It is recommended to replace the oil regularly based on the oil contamination test results. The fire-resistant oil system is recommended to be replaced at least twice a year,
• Installation tips: Make sure that the filter element and the filter housing match the specifications. Check the integrity of the sealing ring before installation to avoid bypass leakage.
