Description:

The ER207-20 bearing is a small part of the vacuum pump 30-WS, which needs to be replaced every three months, so that the pumpunit can work more effectively.

Steps to stop the pump running:

1) Close the main pipe valve.

2) Open the exhaust valve to eliminate the pump vacuum.

3) After the pump vacuum is eliminated, turn off the pump switch.

If the pump does not work for a long time, fill the entire pump body with oil to avoid air corrosion. Take care to remove the oil before starting the pump again. If the pump is left idle in a freezing environment, all cooling water must drain through the two drain plugs under the front and rear end covers, or the end covers may freeze and crack due to freezing of the cooling water
