Description
Description:
The Transformer universal winding temperature indicator thermometer BWR-906H is a charged body, and it is difficult to directly measure the winding temperature in insulation treatment, especially for windings with higher voltage levels. Although fiber optic technology can be used to achieve this, the cost is high. So the commonly used transformer winding thermometer is actually an analog value that reflects the winding temperature by combining the top oil temperature and working current of the transformer, rather than a measured value of the actual winding temperature.
Transformer universal winding temperature indicator thermometer BWR-906H is mainly equipped with a current matching device and an electric heating element on the basis of an oil temperature gauge. The sensor of the thermometer – the temperature bulb is inserted into the oil hole at the top of the transformer oil tank. When the transformer load is zero, the reading of the winding thermometer is the temperature of the top oil surface of the transformer oil tank. After the transformer is loaded, the current directly proportional to the load taken out through the transformer current transformer is adjusted by the current matching device and flows through the electric heating element embedded in the corrugated pipe. The electric heating element generates heat, further expanding the gas inside the corrugated pipe, and increasing the displacement of the elastic element on the meter. Therefore, after the transformer is loaded, the displacement of the elastic element is determined by both the top oil temperature and the load current of the transformer. The temperature indicated by the transformer winding thermometer is the sum of the top oil temperature of the transformer and the temperature rise of the coll to the oil.
