SD61H-P3540 isolation valve is a special valve designed for thermal power generating units. It is mainly used for boiler reheater inlet and outlet steam pipes as an isolation device during water pressure test. Its core function is to ensure that the system is sealed reliably during the static water pressure test. After the test, it can be converted to pipeline use by replacing internal components, realizing the economy and convenience of multiple water pressure tests.

Installation:
1. Install in the direction of the valve body flow arrow to ensure the correct flow of the medium.
2. Check the integrity of the O-ring before installing the plug to avoid seal failure.
3. After the hydrostatic test, the components need to be cleaned and stored to prevent rust.
4. Damage to the sealing surface can be repaired and re-tested for hydrostatic test.
