How To Repair and Disassemble:

1. Remove the protective cover of the water pump coupling, check whether there is a mark at the interface of the two backrest wheels, if there is no mark, it should be marked.

2. Drain the lubricating oil in the bearing chamber.

3. Take out the pump body, loosen the positioning bolts of the moving ring of the mechanical seal and mark the axial positioning, and take out the moving ring and the shaft sleeve.

4. Hold the shaft head on the side of the impeller with a copper rod, and gently hammer the shaft and bearing parts out from the side of the coupling.

5. Take out the bearings at both ends from the shaft and make a record.

AZ150-315C power plant cooling water pump starts and runs it for 2 hours, measure the vibration of the pump and the temperature of the bearings within the specified range, and if there is no abnormality, it can be put into standby.
