Product Features:

1. Valve body and connection form: The valve body adopts an angle structure, and the inlet and outlet channels are arranged at a 90° right angle, which reduces the number of fluid turns and local resistance losses. The connection form is a flange connection to ensure rigid docking with the pipeline system and avoid leakage risks.
2. Valve disc and sealing components: The valve disc is a plug-shaped design, and the sealing surface adopts a flat or conical structure. The opening and closing are achieved through the linear motion of the valve stem, and the sealing performance is excellent. Equipped with a bellows sealing structure to eliminate the risk of stuffing box leakage, it is suitable for toxic and corrosive media.
3. Valve stem and drive mode: The valve stem adopts a rising stem lifting type, the handwheel is separated from the valve stem, the opening and closing status is visualized, and remote operation expansion is supported.

– Nominal pressure range: 16.0~32.0 MPa, covering the needs of ultra-high pressure pipelines.
– Applicable temperature: -29°C~+425°C, the valve body material is ASTM A216 WCB cast steel or austenitic stainless steel, and it maintains stable mechanical properties at high temperatures.
– Double seal design: The valve disc and the valve seat adopt carbide sealing pair, combined with graphite packing to ensure zero leakage.
– Self-tightening seal structure: The higher the medium pressure, the tighter the sealing surface fits, especially suitable for high-pressure steam systems.
– The full open/full close stroke is short, the opening and closing time is $10 seconds (manual operation), and the medium can be quickly cut off under emergency conditions.
– The valve cover bolt connection design supports online maintenance, and the packing or seal can be replaced without disassembling the valve.
