  • Precision BT40-150 high-speed direct-connected spindle (12000rpm), optional 8000 rpm
  • All three-axis supports adopt imported large-scale precision roller linear rails, which have super rigid support, good accuracy retention, and particularly stable operation.
  • XYZ three axes are all driven by imported precision ball screws, with a large pitch design, and a maximum fast moving speed of 48m/min. With advanced screw pre-stretching assembly technology, the screw has low thermal deformation and high transmission and positioning accuracy.
  • Screw support bearing adopts NSK precision screw special bearing, and the screw lock nut adopts the Taiwan Yingxi brand to improve the support and pre-tightening accuracy of the screw, and further improve the overall machining accuracy of the machine tool.
