Test Solenoid Valve is energized to cut off the power oil supply, as a close test to the valve, the electrical trip also moves.

Test solenoid valve is used for closing test of valves. In normal operation, the test solenoid valve is powered off, so that the HP oil can be directly connected to the upper chamber of the unloading valve. When the test solenoid valve is electrified, it opens the oil return channel to cut off the high pressure oil supply. When running the stem action test in RSV, the test solenoid valve is electrified by the electronic controller.
