1. SA-PI Servo amplifier Connect the AC power supply through the AC power socket on the rear panel of the instrument;
2. Connect the load (servo valve) that needs to work through the aviation plug on the rear panel of the instrument, and select the appropriate current output gear on the front panel of the instrument according to the rated output of the valve,
3. Turn on the power switch, the indicator lights on the switch are on, the +15V -15V power indicator lights are on, the power module is working normally, and the digital ammeter is displayed;
4. If the reading of the digital display ammeter is not zero, first adjust the zero through the zero-adjusting potentiometer If the reading is zero, open-loop or closed-loop control can be performed. (Note If the current selection switch is set to Null, the ammeter will read constant zero)
5. If open-loop control is used, just connect the input control signal and ground signal to the corresponding terminal on the rear panel of the instrument. If closed loop control is used, the input, feedback and ground signals should be connected at the same time;
6. By adjusting the input gain, feedback gain and amplification gain potentiometer on the front panel of the instrument, the output current of the valve coil is within the rated working current range,
7. The amplifier must be placed in a well-ventilated and dry place;
8. Fuse replacement. The instrument provides double protection, the fuse on the rear panel of the instrument protects the power supply, and the resettable fuse on the amplifier circuit board protects the components on the circuit board. When replacing the power fuse, unscrew the fuse holder
