The Three-screw pump mechanical seal HSNSQ3440-46 is an important component of the oil pump HSNSQ3440-46. The radial rotation runout of the main rod of the three-screw pump is positioned by the balance piston sleeve, which can also be called a sliding bearing, and the high-pressure chamber is made by means of the gap between the balance piston and the shaft sleeve. It is separated from the sealing chamber, and a mechanical seal is installed in the sealing chamber without leakage. The oil return hole in the chamber communicates with the suction chamber of the pump, so it is not affected by the discharge pressure.

Three-screw pump HSNSQ3440-46 is a side-inlet and side-outlet vertical oil pump, which is suitable for sealing oil control system. There are two main AC oil pumps in this device, one is working and the other is standby. They are all driven by AC motors, so they are also called AC oil pumps. This pump is put into operation when the main oil pump fails.
