Relief Valve DBDS10G10/10 is a pilot overflow valve used to limit and unload the system pressure. The overflow valve mainly consists of a main valve with a main valve plug-in and a pilot valve with a pressure regulating element.

Function:
DBD overflow valve is a direct-acting overflow valve. They are used to limit system pressure. The valve consists of valve sleeve, spring, cone valve core with buffer (pressure class 25 to 400 bar) or ball valve core (pressure class 630 bar) and pressure regulating element, with which the system pressure can be set steplessly. The spring presses the cone valve core onto its valve seat. Line P is connected to the system. The system pressure acts on the poppet cone (or ball) spool area.
If the pressure of line P exceeds the set value of the spring, the poppet valve core or ball valve core will open against the spring force. The pressure oil flows from the P line to the T line. The travel of the poppet spool is limited by the pin.
In order to obtain an accurate set value in the whole pressure range, the pressure range is divided into seven pressure classes, each of which corresponds to a spring that can set the corresponding maximum pressure.
