Direct Drive Analog Control Servo Valve D634-319C is generally used in units above 200MW. DDV valve mainly consists of the

following parts: permanent magnet, bearing, control signal coil, centering spring, armature and armature end cover, etc. The linear torque motor used is a permanent magnet differential motor. A magnet can provide part of the required magnetic force for a magnetic field. Therefore, this torque motor requires less current than the electromagnet. The linear torque motor can generate driving force in the left and right directions in the middle position, and push the spool to generate displacement in two directions. Driving force and spool displacement are proportional to input current.

DDV valve D634-319C is a closed-loop direct acting valve with point feedback spool position, suitable for electric position, speed, pressure or force control systems and other systems requiring high dynamic response.

 

Parameters:

1. Working pressure range: valve port P. A and B S350bar(5000 psi);

2. Temperature range: ambient temperature -20°C to +60°C; oil temperature -20°C to +80°C

3. Sealing ring material: Dingging rubber, fluorine rubber

4. Working medium: Petroleum-based hydraulic oil (DIN51524)

5. Viscosity, recommended value 15-100mm2/s; allowable value 5-400mm2/s

6. System oil filter: high-pressure oil filter without road bypass, with pollution blockage alarm, installed in the main oil circuit of the system, and installed directly at the oil inlet of the valve as much as possible.

7. Cleanliness level: The cleanliness of the hydraulic fluid significantly affects the performance of the servo valve (spool position, high resolution, etc.) and wear (throttle edge, pressure gain, leakage, etc.).
